Today, I made a drawing illustrating a prehistoric battle of the dinosaurs. The story goes something like this.
A Velociraptor is lurking around the desert. She has not eaten for a long time. She is searching for some food in the desert. As she looks for food, she comes across another dinosaur, a Protoceratops. It looks like a Triceratops but is a lot smaller and has no horns. The raptor thinks that it would be easy to slay this dinosaur. Then, a fight starts. The Protoceratops charged at the Velociraptor biting it’s arm and the raptor tries to fight back and they tumble down the dunes. Then, came a sandstorm and the dinosaurs were never seen again.

It is a flying dinosaur called a Pterosaur. This is a Pterosaur named Dsungaripterus (dis-ung-a-rip-tear-us).
Here is a few facts about this pterosaur:

- This pterosaur is recognizable by its oddly shaped crest.
- It also has a curved beak that helps it catch fish
- Pterosaurs are creatures that look like reptile-birds
- The name dsungaripterus means Dzungaria basin wing
- it’s wingspan is 3-3.5 meters

Today I present to you, Ceratosaurus. It’s unique feature is its one spike on it’s head. And I have a story to tell you about this drawing!
The Ceratosaurus is hungry and looking for food. He finds a Ceratopsian (a dinosaur that looks like triceratops) and is seen attacking the dinosaur to get its meal.

I drew a raptor today. But not just any raptor. A raptor playing basketball. I drew this to represent the win of our own Toronto Raptors!

I did another recital a couple of days ago. I think it went well. It was the Jurassic World theme song.
My teacher Luke helped me a lot. He wanted to give me a fist bump at the end of the recital. And I missed it. I am sorry, Luke. I didn’t see you.

Michelle, here is a drawing of a dinosaur starting with the letter ‘Y’ for you on your special day.
The name of the dinosaur is Yangchuanosaurus. It is like a T-Rex but has longer hands. It lived in the Jurassic period while T -Rex lived in the Cretaceous period.

Today I am posting 3 drawings. This is for my best friend’s mom’s birthday! She has done a lot for me and has been very nice to me.
The first is a hybrid dinosaur inspired by my imagination of
- Dilophosaurus
- Concavenator and a
- Velociraptor
The second dinosaur is a portrait of a T-Rex with the frill and nose horn of a Triceratops.
The final dinosaur is a hybrid of a Velociraptor and a Deinonychus.

It was my mom’s friend Deepthy aunty’s birthday last month. I wanted to draw a dinosaur whose name started with ‘D’ for her. Sorry for the delay in posting this, Deepthy aunty!
I drew this picture of a Deinonychus. The Deinonychus was running free until the sky changed color and noticed that a giant rock was coming towards it.

- is related to a Velociraptor
- hunted in packs to take down big animals
- had feathers to stay warm in cold weather
- was one of the largest among all raptors
