We did a project for our French class in December 2021 where we had to demonstrate French speaking skills. Our teacher made the project more interesting by asking us to include culinary skills along with video creation and editing skills.

We had to do the following:

• Find a recipe with at least six steps
• Translate the recipe to French without using Translator tools
• Record ourselves reciting the recipe
• And for extra credit, show how to make the meal from the recipe

I decided to make Chocolate French Toast, something that I perfected over the year. My mom helped me film the cooking process using her iPhone. I used WeVideo to edit the raw footage and add audio to it.
